Before you Send it In

Before you send it in, please make sure you have the downloaded RA Request.pdf filled it out completely.  Return it by Fax or email and we will contact you with an RA # to add to the form and the outside of the package - then ship it - insured.  Upon receipt we’ll contact you regarding your repair.
