SoundEar is a Sound Pressure level (SPL) Monitor that presents a hard-to-miss alarm signal (the red ear lights up and the word WARNING appears) as soon as the noise level in the room exceeds the limit that it is set to.

The adjustable setting range for the SoundEar is from 65 to 115 dB in 5dB steps. Green is normal operation, the yellow inner ear lights up 5 dB before the preset noise limit is reached, and the red ear lights up and the word WARNING appears. SoundEar is perfect for all those who need an accurate but simple noise indicator e.g. in Fitness Clubs, schools, youth clubs, music rooms, and offices.

The SoundEar Combo
The SoundEar Combo is a combination of SoundEar and the new Aeromix 2+2DC. This perfect partnership is the ultimate solution for noise control in health and fitness centers as well as other areas where managed user volume controls are required - clubs, small music venues, shopping centers,schools, rehearsal studios, youth clubs, karaoke bars etc.

How do I use it?

Just plug your microphones and music sources into the Aeromix 2+2DC, link your SoundEar to your Aeromix 2+2DC, plug your Aeromix 2+2DC into the power-amp, your amp to your speakers and you are ready to go. Set your SoundEar to the desired maximum db setting require and set the Aeromix 2+2DC to the desired cutout time (between 1 and 60 seconds can be set to accommodate for all possible scenarios). In operation the SoundEar presents a hard-to-miss visual “warning” signal (green ring for standard level, yellow for caution - 5 dB from limit, red exceeding limit) and triggers Aeromix 2+2DC if the noise level limit is held/exceeded for more than 2 seconds.
